Secret Wars 5 review
The previous issue of Secret Wars was epic. The survivors of Earth 616, along with Dr. Strange, fought Dr. Doom in an all-out battle that reminds us why Dr. Doom is the greatest Marvel villain. It ended with Doom killing … Continue reading
Fantastic Four 1 review

Fantastic Four 3 review
While the first four issues of Matt Fraction’s Fantastic Four/FF run were good, they were little more than setup. This marks the first true issue in Marvel Now’s “Greatest Comic Magazine” as the Richards family travels through space. It’s a … Continue reading
Fantastic Four 1 review
Matt Fraction has taken over Marvel’s first family’s series. The Fantastic Four have always been more about family and adventure than heroism, and Fraction makes that perfectly clear in his first issue. While this is mostly a setup issue for … Continue reading
FF 23 review
“Intelligence without imagination is pretty much useless.” – Franklin Richards The Fantastic Four franchise has always been more about family and adventure than superhero work. It’s about being imaginative more than about being epic. While Jonathan Hickman’s FF run has … Continue reading
