The Mighty Thor 21 review
The previous issue of Mighty Thor mostly focused on Volstagg taking care of kids in the middle of a war situation. It started off as hopeful and optimistic, but turned tragic when the kids were killed. The ending showed Volstagg … Continue reading

The Unworthy Thor 5 review
Since Secret Wars ended, Odinson (the original Thor) has been missing. This mini-series caught us up with him, on his obsessive quest to become worthy again, or to find something that can replace his Mjolnir. That quest led him to … Continue reading
Unworthy Thor 3 review
Odinson is in the clenches of the Collector, who’s also taken Old Asgard into his massive collection of trinkets from across the Universe. Why? Ultimate Thor’s hammer somehow landed on Old Asgard. Since he couldn’t lift the hammer, he instead … Continue reading

It’s another comic week, with some good releases, and some that are just ok. It’s also less than 2 weeks until Nanowrimo 2016 begins, and I’m so ready for it. I’m actually going to be an ML this year, so … Continue reading

The Mighty Thor 2 review
Jason Aaron’s Thor run began shortly after Avengers vs. X-men with Thor: God of Thunder. He wrote the very good Gorr the God Butcher epic, and then began a long story arc with Malekith, the dark elf, and the Roxxon … Continue reading
Thor 2 review
After the events of Jason Aaron’s Original Sin event, Thor found himself unworthy of lifting Mjolnir. Worse yet, the last issue of Thor saw Earth under attack by an army of Frost Giants, and as usual Odin left Earth to … Continue reading

Thor God of Thunder 1 review
Ah Thor, the Norse God of Thunder; the wielder of mighty Mjölnir. Stan Lee was a genius to bring him into Marvel Comics. Jason Aaron takes over the character’s main book for Marvel Now, and the premise is simply epic.
